ATHLETES OF THE MONTH

The Pockets Yorkton Regional High School Female Athlete of the Month for February is Danielle Hintz.  Danielle is a grade 11 student.  She has participated in YRHS volleyball, basketball, and badminton for the past three years.  She currently plays on the senior girl’s basketball team.  Danielle also has played volleyball for the Yorkton Club team for four years.  Congratulations Danielle!

 

The Pockets Yorkton Regional High School Male Athlete of the Month for February is Daniel Mandziuk.  Daniel is a grade 9 student at the Yorkton Regional High School.  He is involved in many school sports.  He played on the grade 9 volleyball team that won the district championship last fall.  Also he played on the high school soccer team.  He is currently playing on the junior and senior basketball teams.  He also plans to join track and field in the spring.  Outside of school he plays soccer for Yorkton United F.C. and he also played Bongo volleyball.  Daniel is looking forward to having a great next three years that Yorkton Regional High School.  Congratulations Daniel!
